He's fine! There is somewhat of an illusion in his size because of the convex shape of the glass, so he's not actually lacking as much room as it seems... On top of that, I would never keep a fish in that tiny of enclosure for a longer amount of time than it takes to take a photo... It was about 10 minutes in that little thing and right back into his gigantic vase ;)
